Pelican Consulting Ltd has launched a regulatory database called Maximus which keeps track of the Liquidity Risk regulations issued by the Basel Committee and the FSA. Maximus has mapped these regulations to our proprietary product Blueprint. Blueprint was developed by the team which built the first enterprise-wide Liquidity Risk System for Deutsche Bank. Blueprint is practitioner-led design which can be tailored for all institutions and can be adapted to any IT project – internal build or vendor supplied technology.
Maximus and Blueprint are effective tools for creating:
- the basis for RFIs / RFPs
- a technology road map for discussion with regulators; and
- an ability to develop Cost Benefit Analysis for compliance.
