Prototype is a derivative of our full proprietary product Blueprint. Prototype takes two months to deploy and will run in parallel with other Liquidity Risk Management work-streams.
Prototype is delivered using a small team overseen by our Service Delivery Director:
- 3 senior analyst programmers (Java and ETL)
- 2 business analysts
- 1 subject matter expert in Liquidity Risk.
Prototype takes a representative line of the balance sheet (e.g. money market loans, mortgage book) from more than one legal entity/system. The data are processed through three slimmed-down components of a full Liquidity Risk Management system.
The delivery of Prototype will provide an analysis of the gaps between current IT infrastructure and the infrastructure required to support a Liquidity Risk Management system capability.
